       The FRP tanks are made up of high performance composite material with filament winding. It is 100% corrosion resistant and adopt the various thermoplastic liners of polyester, high strength pohypropenc ,etc. The FRP tank is more strengths are directly comparable to steel, but the weight is only 1/3 of the steel tanks.

Introduction

Tri-High car washing water recycling machine is specially designed only for the water recycling of car washing shop and car washing machine by Tri-High. It can makes the reuse of waste water of car washing . It employs the advanced water recycling technology with two stage filtration, disc filtration and UF membrane filtration; and back washed automatically. The first stage filtration has a precision of 20-50¦Ìm, while the second stage use a specially designed UF module with the precision of 0.01¦Ìm. It can remove particle, bacteria, virus, micro organism, maintaining water clean and safety of operation. It can save the water resource and protect environment.

Principle
The core technology pf the machine is UF membrane, with the filtration precision of 0.01¦Ìm. The membrane can remove the particle, bacteria, virus, micro organism from water. In order to protect the membrane and keep the membrane having a good performance and long life time, the disc filter of 20-50¦Ìm is used as a pretreatment of UF membrane. The disc filter can remove big particles, having auto back washing function which will not let the dirty accumulated in the disc filter. Both disc filter and UF membrane have automatic back washing system, hence there is no dirty accumulated in disc filter and UF membrane, keeping the system having a good function.

The car washing water is collected in a water tank, after air bubbling to remove the oil, three stage settlement, the water is pumped into the system. In order to avoid the big hard particle such as sand, entering the pump, the pump is placed on a platform above the bottom of the tank with 50 cm, below the water with at least 50 cm. The water is pumped to disc filter first, the disc filter reject the dirt with the size more than 20-50¦Ìm, the filtrated water enter the UF membrane separation part. The UF membrane retain the particle, bacteria, virus, micro organism from passing through the membrane. The water without particle, bacteria, virus, micro organism coming from the membrane is collected in a clean water tank for washing car. After a certain time, when the surface of the disc filter or UF accumulate a certain quantity of dirty, the back washing system start to wash the disc filter or UF. The disc filter and UF membrane then become clean again.

Process
Preparation for installation
In order to maintain the machine having a good performance and long lifetime, such as stable flux, less problems, it is necessary to install an air bubbling oil removal system and three stage settlement panels. The air bubbling oil removal system consists of a air bubbling disc and compressed air supply pipe. The compressed air is supplied to the disc through the air pipe, becoming micro air bubbles to remove the oil in the water to be accumulated on the top of water. The oil on the top water is to be removed by operator. The oil in water has a bad effect on the performance of UF membrane, hence it is necessary to remove it before hand.
